Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The price, billing period, duration and renewal terms that apply are those presented at checkout for the plan you select. Some plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period; others may be offered with automatic renewal.
• Where a plan is purchased with automatic renewal, it renews at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.

You can cancel from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid.

Any refund policy that applies to a purchase is the one displayed at the time of that purchase.

Nothing on this page deprives consumers of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Any free trial is the one shown at sign-up or checkout, if any.

• Payments are processed by the payment provider made available to you at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Messaging fees charged by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform, if any, follow Meta's own pricing.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features after notifying you.
