Refund & Payment Policy

Agentaria offers monthly subscription plans billed in US dollars (USD). The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. There is no free plan and no free trial: your subscription starts when your first payment is confirmed.

WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta to your own Meta business account and are not part of your Agentaria subscription.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, every month, from the day of your first payment. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal and card processors). We never store your full card details.

The setup session (USD 99, one-time) is an optional service in which we configure your AI agent with you on a call. It is refundable in full if you cancel before the session takes place. Once the session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• 7-day money-back guarantee — cancel within 7 days of your first monthly charge for a full refund of that charge, for any reason. One time per workspace.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges — refunded in full once verified.
• Service unavailable — if Agentaria is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons under our control, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.

The following are non-refundable:

• Monthly charges after the 7-day window, including unused days in the current period.
• A setup session that has already been delivered.
• WhatsApp conversation fees, which are billed by Meta, not by Agentaria.

Upgrading: the new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.

Downgrading: the new plan takes effect at the next renewal date. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the higher plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your agent keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for; no further charges are made after that. Your WhatsApp Business number remains yours and can be disconnected from Agentaria at any time.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve 99% of billing issues inside 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in account suspension and a chargeback fee equal to the disputed amount.
