This Privacy Policy describes how Agentaria ("we", "our", "the Platform"), available at https://agentaria.cloud, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our WhatsApp messaging and automation platform for businesses.
Account information (name, email, phone number, login credentials); messaging data (messages, contacts, and media exchanged through the WhatsApp integration you connect, in order to provide the service); usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps); and billing information, securely processed by our third-party payment providers.
To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform; to route, send, and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf; to manage your account, subscription, and billing; to improve and secure the service; and to contact you about your account or support.
Our service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) and other connection methods. When you connect a WhatsApp number, message processing is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies. We do not sell your messaging data and do not use it for advertising. Agentaria is an independent product, not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with technical service providers (hosting, email, payment, AI providers) acting on our behalf; with Meta/WhatsApp as needed to route your messages; and with authorities where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (credential encryption, restricted access, secure HTTPS connections) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing.
