These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agentaria ("we", "our", "the Platform"), available at https://agentaria.cloud, a WhatsApp messaging and automation platform for businesses. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Platform lets you connect WhatsApp numbers, manage a shared inbox, send campaigns and automated replies, and use AI assistants. Features depend on your subscription plan.
You agree not to use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content, or to violate the WhatsApp/Meta terms and messaging policies. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining recipients' consent where required.
The Platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) and other providers. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and policies. The "Unofficial API" connection method is not an official WhatsApp integration and may result in number restrictions or bans; you use it at your own risk. Agentaria is an independent product, not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Third-party messaging costs (e.g. Meta conversation fees) and AI usage costs may apply depending on your plan.
The Platform, its software, and branding are owned by Agentaria or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including message delivery failures, account bans by WhatsApp/Meta, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date.
